I read alot of posts on this and other sites about tire balancing. From my multiple years experience in the past as a squid for Hoosier Race Tire (I was the SE dealer for road race for several years and did the Runoffs at Road Atlanta for 4 years) when a tire wouldn't balance out we spun it on the rim 90 deg. SO if the tire dealer/squid says your tire won't balance or requires to many weights, have them break the bead and rotate the tire on the rim 90 deg and retry it. This worked almost all the time with the big race tires.

David.
