I heard of a guy putting a disco1 rack on his disco2. The shorter length provided less overhang of lights ect.. is this possible? sounds like a good idea if it could work........ N |

It's possible. Looks like hell. It's possible. I prefer the D2 on the D1. D1 on a D2 looks like your truck is wearing short pants. As far as less over-hang of lights, there should be no difference. The difference is in the length. It will be shorter in the rear. Do a search. This one has been beaten to death in the past. Cheers. |

D1 on a D1, D2 on a D1, D1 on a D2, D2 on a D2... it's all good....
Seriously, though, any will fit any. D1 is "best" for a D1, D2 is "best" for a D2. A D2 on a D1 gives a bit more storage I suppose, and a D1 on a D2 gives a spot to mount a high-lift and not have it hanging over... I'd suggest just calling TRG and order the one for your vehicle, tho'.... -L
