Another newbie question here. I've owned my Disco II for a month and love with the exception of one thing: wind noise. At first I thought the roar I was hearing was being generated by the tires and admit that they may add to the problem. About a week ago I was driving slow on a windy day and noticed the noise I previously thought was attributable to the tires was coming from the top of the vehicle. It seems that in the right conditions the roof racks act like wind foils and accentuate the airflow over the roof. Whadya think? And if there's any merit to my thoughts is there a solution? |
