About 3 weeks ago, I came to DiscoWeb as a n00b looking for advice on a purchase with a 1995 LR Disco. Sure enough, I purchased the truck but had many problems with receiving the vehicle. Finally, the shipping company scheduled a truck which picked it up from Montgomery, AL tonight. I should have the LR on Monday morning! Finally I will be able to play with my 1995 Disco with 106k miles. Mike |

Chris- Thanks! I have no doubt the RX-7 will never be lonely. Unfortunately, the RX-7's tend to break more than the LR's do... without proper care. Maybe thats one of the reasons I also purchased the LR. Most genres of people do not like to tinker with things; much less take 120% preparation to its longevity. Thus, this is what causes the bad image of the RX-7 / LR in reliability. Either way, the RX-7 is holding the whip and slapping the LR to pull it along! Mike

Mike- You are a brave man to have both a Disco and a rotary grenade in your inventory. My wife will only let me have one or the other, despite my pleas about an awesome R2 in silver that we test drove. Have fun, I know my learning curve was/is steep-but its rewarding with the proper mindset, which I imagine you already have. r- Ray |
