The power lock function has stopped working on my 1995 Disco 1. The remote still operates the anti-theft but none of the power locks work. When I use the key to open the driver's door, normally that would open all the doors too, but that doesn't do it either. Also when I use the key, the anti-theft activates most of the time, but not always. I did check the fuse and it was O.K. Replaced it anyway to no avail. Help! | ||

The alarm will usually trip if you set it with the remote and open with your key... thats probably whats happening also if the alarm is set make sure you open the drivers side door first if not it will also trip the alarm.. closing the car with the key will only activate the perimeter alarm but setting it with the remote also turns on the movement sensor depending on your car it should be either up front above the light or on the left side in between the roof handles... |
