I have a 2000 d2. I replace the battery in the remote transmitter every month. What gives? All it does is lock and unlock the doors. Heck I dont even use the thing during the week as I have a company vehicle. New battery lasts for a month then dies. Do I need a "special" type of battery other than a radio shack brand? lithium ion or something? Or could there be a strange current draw in the transmitter? Tony D |
