their subs?

i have decided that, apparently the subs are more dangerious than a higher than stock front bumper, higher center of grav, whatever...because after the second time i have removed the inside trim bits, it takes EIGHTEEN damn screws to take the subs off. frankly, i am now scared of my subs. eighteen screws...what if i forgot one...does anyone have a cage for my subs!?!?!?!?!?

If you're scared of your sub, then they're actually the dom and you're the sub.

i am just tired from removing 18 screws as a begining to invert my tire carrier. ;)

i mean what the hell...5 nuts to hold the tire on, but EIGHTEEN SCREWS to attach SPEAKERS to the back door...

what, are they going to fly off in an accident and kill me? are the sonic booms they produce going to shake normal attachments loose?

i am at a loss as to why the overengeneering exists there but they think it is too much for me to have ETC and CDL all in the same truck.

i will gladly trade one for the other. or all...shit i dont need subwoofers...

anyway...i own a subway sandwich shop. i already have too many subs.

Michael,

No that makes a bit more sence, lol. Did you go back up and read your first post. I read it 3 times trying to understand it, and I got a chuckle every time. I could not for the life of me figure out what you were talking about.

Obviously, he has yet to do any real wrenching on these vehicles. Wait until he tries to remove a major engine or trannie part!

Why LR thought one needed so many bolts to hold the freakin' flywheel cover on is beyond me!

it ain't broke yet, so i ain't fixin' it!

actually i am amazed at how easy some things are and how damn hard some things are.
