Discovery does NOT start...HELP!!!

I have been reading this BBS and using a lot of information. Today I fixed the rear window problem. Used the instructions posted, removed the circuit box, fixed the bad soldering and replaced the box. The good news, the rear windows work!!!! The bad, THE CAR DOES NOT START!!!! 1- The ignition is turning the engine just fine. The car does not start. 2- Also when I locked the doors, the Central Locking System did not locked the other doors. Any suggestions. I am assuming is an electrical problem. Electrical problems are plentiful with Discos.
