I'm a newbie to this board, but belong to others. I've enjoyed lurking and learning from all of you here. So, what's the deal with Equal tire balancer? This is the only place i've seen it on. Oh, yea, our 2000 Disco II has 48K and seems to a runner! What does the future hold? what maintenance is most critical?

Dave:
Normal driving = pretty much normal maint. Take it off road alot, prepare to change the fluids often (except maybe the AT). Never skip and oil/filter change.

Search for equal here, you'll find lots-o-threads. Also, check it out here:

Thanks. Pretty much normal Wifey commute to work and back, I can get it on weekends for towing the P-car. Which brings up another thing, the trailer lighting plug behind the R/R lens is pretty much useless because rover can't supply the harness that plugs into it? This is a much more "animated" board then the others I use, so ah bloody hell, mates turn the cannons to the pigeons, let'em rip!
