I hear a single click coming the front when I'm going over large rocks or bumps. Can't really pin point where it is coming from. Maybe someone else has a had this problem that could help
Thanks

I have the exact same thing on my '96 D1. I just figured it was the front springs seating/unseating when flexed a lot.

I took it to a suspension shop to have everything checked out and they said it all looks good. Anyone else have suggestions?

mine does something similar.. im 99% sure its that I havent tightened the lower shock mount bolt enough and therefore under flex the front bushing compress and then leaves room for the shock to move up and down enough for bushins metal sleeve to clunk once.

Tighten your front radius arms at the frame.
