If it is not locataed in passengers footwell, then it is part of the main relay module located next to teh ECU near the washer fluid tank. It is black trapaziod shape. I have a 96 and mine is located near the ECU |

It is between the washer fluid tank and that evaparation resevoir or whatever you call that thing. FWIW If you are trying to depreasurise the fuel system to change the filter its easier to just pull the fuse. If I am remembering correctly the Haynes manual says to pull the relay but the fuse is easier. |
