Ok.. Had a chance to really look under the hood today for the disco I just purchased.

Besides being completly bare, I noticed some things were out of place and not-factory.

There are a few things I would like to compare to another 95 disco (factory) or even non-factory as long as the non items are identified.

In particular, I am curious to see the airbox area. Mine looks a little odd.

Also, anyone know where the vacuum line for the cruise control goes to? I have no line on it at all.
Thanks,

Mike

Chris-

Yes I did! Thanks a bunch. I went to your pictures first, but the hood was shut in all of them. :-) I am looking for pictures of the air-box area and manifold side.

Also, can you take a snap shot of under the vehicle? Is the stock steering damper located in front or behind the front axle?

Thanks,

Mike

For example...

In this picture here:

Is the undersides of this truck (factory) stock?

See the swaybar behind the axle, it looks like my steering damper is mounted there. Is this correct?

thats the tie rod you see there and the factory location of the steering damper is located on the tie rod not the drag link as that pic shows.

that truck has a relocation kit on it for the steering damper

Chris-

Thanks a bunch for the pictures. They did help quite a bit. Next to the airbox, there is an "L" shaped bracket attached to the fender area.. What is this? What goes under it? I have the bracket in the back of the truck, with nothing else under it.

Thanks,

Mike
