I am having trouble with my 87 RRC. I the efi light is currently on and the car is running pretty rich. Where's the best place to start looking? Surprisingly despite the problem and a hollowed out catalytic convertor the car passed ohio emissions check today. Any suggestions would be very helpful. The car usually starts right away or after two turns of the key. It doesn't ever quite warm up to normal level according to my temperature gauge, a little under the normal temp no matter how I drive it. It also lacks power because of the fuel ratio. |

O2 sensors, most likely. You can't depend on the stock temp gauge. |

Everyone always says 02 sensors. (It was the potentiometer for me) It's actually very easy to diagnose if you have a manual. It gives you all the meter readings that you can read when you use pins and a volt/ohm reader in the back of the computer harness... but just for the heck of it.. it's probably the 02 sensors! |
