i have a 95 d1
i just replaced all the gaskets it still leaks,
is their a fix for this this is the second time,
can anybody lead me in the right direction,
is their any aftermarket manifolds.

When the same thing happened on our 95, it turned out that the welds holding the flanges to the downpipes had cracked - that's where the noise was coming from. Muffler shop was able to weld them up. In fact, we've had to weld them up three times, probablby because our manifolds have been running red hot for some time due to an as-yet undiagnosed problem. I assume you would have seen any hidden cracks in the manifolds themselves in the process of handling them to replace the gaskets. Good luck!
