I used to get Autoweek primarily to read the articles written by Satch Carlson. He always would talk about his experiences of the Alcan road rally. I recently did a search and found out they still run it. http://www.alcan5000.com/ I am thinking about participating with my friend as navigator in my Disco II. Is there any one else that is interested in going in their Disco? We could help support each other during the race, or burns our Discos together as a signal fire. Or better yet is there any one out there that can talk me out of this? | ||

The winter event! I have my two best friends already figuring out how to get permission from the wives. They limit the entries to 40 cars. They have about half booked.
