I wonder if US buyers will be able to purchase the elusive D110.

And if anyone does buy one I hope they repaint it to get rid of that weird shade of orange. Even the CalTrans orange looks better than those on the G4 Challenge vehicles.

Joey:

You damn straight boy. That orange looks like the carnival came through town. I'd have fellas thinkin' I was fruity for driving that candy mobile around. Other than that it has some nice fixings like a snorkel, but not much else.

How bout that Defender - sell it to me for $15K and we're in business. I'd primer that thing and roll with it the next day.

On the other hand it is all set in "safety" orange for huntin' season. Also you might have to fight with the crazies in Knoxville. They are probably wetting themselves now that the can get a BIG orange truck.

It says that the 110 is a South African spec version so I wonder if they would even be able to sell it here in the USA.

Personally, I think the orange looks very cool.
But then, I do have tiny bit of orange/red colorblindness :-)

Jason - I saw some show on the Outdoor Life Network that talked all about "Real Tree" technology and companies that make custom cammo for just about any environment and any thing from clothing, rifle stocks, etc.to full vinyl appliques for your F-250 super duty truck. Somehow it's hard to imagine how the cammo is going to cover up the smell of diesel and Marlboro reds.
