I searched the archives but came up empty, who is a retailer for the Mean Green alternators/starters? I had an email saved but it has mysteriously disappeared. I need to order an alternator right this minute!:-)

4x4connection has mean green stuff, but when I checked last year mean green hadn't made a alternator for Land Rover yet. They did have starters for Land Rover. Check out the link Greg Hirst gave you. Good Luck

Also, check out Premier Power welder and Mechman for aftermarket alternators. I looked into it last year and It was really expensive. Premier Power welder alternators are sold through Safari Gard, but you could probably get a cheaper price if you contacted them directly www.premierpowerwelder.com. Mechman is another @www.Mechman.com. Let me know what you find out. Good Luck.

I know of the Mean Green website itself, but 4X4connection is who I was thinking of since you can't order online from Mean Green (at least I don't think so). Last I heard was that there was a direct fit replacement avail. now from MG, around $400.. I'll let you know what I find out.. Later.. RS
