I searched the archives but came up empty, who is a retailer for the Mean Green alternators/starters? I had an email saved but it has mysteriously disappeared. I need to order an alternator right this minute! |

4x4connection has mean green stuff, but when I checked last year mean green hadn't made a alternator for Land Rover yet. They did have starters for Land Rover. Check out the link Greg Hirst gave you. Good Luck |

Also, check out Premier Power welder and Mechman for aftermarket alternators. I looked into it last year and It was really expensive. Premier Power welder alternators are sold through Safari Gard, but you could probably get a cheaper price if you contacted them directly www.premierpowerwelder.com. Mechman is another @www.Mechman.com. Let me know what you find out. Good Luck. |

I know of the Mean Green website itself, but 4X4connection is who I was thinking of since you can't order online from Mean Green (at least I don't think so). Last I heard was that there was a direct fit replacement avail. now from MG, around $400.. I'll let you know what I find out.. Later.. RS |
