Broke a rear spring today and I have never heard of a coil spring ever breaking. Would love to hear some feedback. Maybe my setup had something to do with it?

I have seen the Doweney springs break on Toyotas, and they did not stand behind them. What brand spring did you have? |

What else broke? I've broken leaves before and I've heard of coils breaking.. The more you flex and bend them....over and over... Even a spring will work harden and break.... Just like bending a coat hanger over and over....

RTE springs. The only other thing to break was the trailing arms..... Just kidding. BTW...I was VERY impressed with my new set up and will do a write up on it with pics asap. |
