I was out one late night at a club and i ran into a Jaguar sales rep and she saw my Discovery and loved it cuz I got it hooked up..haha. Anyways, she gave me a card and told me that they are bringing land Rover to the Wilkes-Barre area soon. She also told me to keep it a secret but I had to let everyone here know. Any feedback or other info would be great!! thanks, Glen

I can only imagine a Land Rover in Wilkes-Barre, but I would like to see one there for my own selfishness :-) However, this came from a sales rep so there is a possibility that it has some truth to it.

It's true. They've been planning one for quite some time. We sell TONS of LRs to the Wilkes-Barre area, so I think they would do well. It's supposed to go by the Cadillac dealer, or that's what I've heard. By the way, LR Willow Grove needs 2 sales guides. If anyone is interested, I'll give you the info.

Yeah they need a LR dealer in Wilkes-Barre. I can't get over the mountains leading out of there without setting a code or developing the dreaded valve hang up coasting down the other side. For the rest of the world it's pronounced Wilks Berry; Right next to Dingle Berry.

i am a bit suprised they sell that many in that area. always seemed to be like a struggling part of PA. not that it doesn't have potential, but businesses seem to be hurting up there worse then the rest of PA or the country.
hope it works out for them.
