I'm going to be swapping out the speakers in my 98 Disco TDi. Two tweeters on the a-pillar, two in the front doors, two on the rear pillars, and I think there are two in the sub. Can anyone out there tell me the sizes so that I don't have to start taking to car appart to measure them? I quite fond of Kenwood speakers (had them before, nice sound), is there any makes/models I should avoid? Any help appreciated H RNESS |

http://www.crutchfield.com is good for checking speaking sizes. since different makers specify a different size at times. like the rear subs.....JBL uses a 6 1/2" for that opening and others use a smaller size. kenwood makes good stuff. i am partial to Polk, but there are many others to choose from.

Horness, A fellow Discoweb owner emailed me the speaker sizes and the speakers he bought off of ebay. I emailed you all the info I had. |
