What are these tires?

What are they? If you look in just about any UK based LR magazine, they will be in there. Mostly the sizes are tall and skinny. Ironic as how they ended up on a TJ in the US... However, that doesnt prevent someone else from bringing them in either in a container or simply ordered from somewhere else that will ship them here.
