I picked up a power bleeder (model 1100) from Motive Products for my 02 disco but found out when it arrived that the MC cap is is a twist lock and the power bleeder cap is threaded. My assumption is that I should have gotten the Universal power bleeder (model 1101) instead. Can someone confirm that the 1101 model works before I call Motive back?
Thanks,
Mike

The universal has a large rubber fitting that will lie ontop of any brake fluid resevoir. Then a chain goes around part of the resevoir and wing nuts tie it down. I have used mine once and had no problem with it. You can confirm the model number/accessories with a rover shop that carries them. For example british pacific.

Thanks for the response. Motive is shipping replacement universal model with return UPS label for the first one they sent me with no cost to me. Just hope their product is as great as their customer service.
