Author Message   Sus (Susannah) Senior Member Username: Susannah Post Number: 447 Registered: 06-2002 Posted on Tuesday, June 10, 2003 - 04:33 pm:    Ok, sorry about the EXTREMELY long absence...but since I last spoke to you all, the following has happened in my life: Finished up a rough season in the job Rover got a new exhaust Got married Went to Hawaii Came back to reality Rover still runs great (though headliner is now falling down from sitting in the sun for two weeks during honeymoon!) I wanted to say hi and let you all know I'm still alive. And I'm ready for SUMMER! AND MAR! (thinking ahead, huh?!) I wanted to share that we saw only 2 Defender 90s on Kaua'i...one red and one green. The green one was stock but had all the bells and whistles and was FOR SALE! And of course, we saw lots of stock DIs and DIIs. I didn't get any pics of those. Then, on Maui, we saw the Rovers that I'm going to post pics of...hopefully. The Disco was an LSE Anniversary edition with the Hawaiian license plate "WTRFALL" We waved and they were very friendly. I grabbed the camera b/c it reminded me of the Goldie Box (only newer!) and the setting was fantastic. CLIFF-SIDE one lane road and bridge!
