was going to replace this afternoon but I couldnt get it to come off. I read a post on D-web that said you could pull it off but not pull to hard, cause you would damage your distributor. How am I suppose to get it off without breaking anything

Put the tip of a standard blade screwdriver carefully on the center, right next to where the contact is. Strike screwdriver with BFW, the rotor arm breaks into little pieces.

The only risk you run with this method is small pieces falling into the distributor-you might want to have the shop-vac handy.

It sounds pretty crazy, but it is the accepted way to remove a stuck rotor. Smear some grease in there when you reinstall and it won't be a problem in the future.

Lucky for you, you read the warning first. I didn't. New rotor arm - $10. Rebuilt dizzy - $450+.
