Hey All, Well, some of you may remember my window issue from a while back. Occasionally when I pressed my driver's window down, the window would roll all the way down, and when it stopped - the passenger's window would then go down! Pretty cool, huh? I'm pretty sure that's not supposed to happen. A number of DWebbers tested theirs for me. Well, it eventually stopped... and so did the driver's window motor. It died on me, and I was fortunate enough to find one here in the Classifieds. I installed it last night and now the passenger window goes down when the driver's window is finished. What's up with that? Anyone know? I can assure you there is no wrong way to put in that motor - it's a simple two-wire male/female plug that can only be plugged in one way. I'm stumped... anyone? Anyone? Bueller? Anyone? Chuckster |

What year is your disco. I 've heard that many Discoveries have a bug in their window ECU. On mine it shows up if your turn the key to fast when you shut off the motor. the passenger window will roll down. It's an english built truck after all. |
