2003 Radio/NAV delays

Mine takes longer and longer to load with just starting the truck and with navigation. I have to do the ctrl/atl/delete function two to three times per week now. My dealter said that LR had been made aware of the problem. It's occurred 3 times already. I"ll keep this in mind for my 7500mi maintenance visit. Thanks
