I checked archves but can't find anything - I know I saw it somewhere. Does anyone know if you can install the rear jump seats on a Disco if they are not equipped from the factory as such? The dealer told me no but I don't beleive them...

it would be very difficult, as im not sure how you would get the seat locks into the floor. the dealer was not lying, but with a little fabrication im sure you could do it.

Well, I've looked in the back of a stripped DII (rollover) and it appeared that all of the mounting locations, etc were there. Only thing you'd have to do is swap all of the parts over. I even seem to remember that the floor was ready to accept the latches, etc. Just find a donor vehicle and swap everything over at once.

I looked into this as well. There's an after-market bench thay can bolt to the floor, but the bucket seats are a no-go. Also, something I was told by a few people and never thought about was that any of those seats (stock or other) make a ton of noise (rattle)
