I'm close to relocating to the east coast - North Carolina from San Francisco. Anyone have firsthand knowledge of a good vehicle transportation company? Our movers may likely be able to help us here, but I'm hoping to get some feedback on your experiences. I have three kids under four, so I'm hesitant to do the drive! Thanks in advance, e |

Erik, Gabor at Skytop Rovers does all of his shipping with these folks out of Houston. They come highly recommended and are a family operation, ie. less red tape. http://www.skytoprover.com/shipping.htm For a comparison, there is DAS that posts almost exclusively on ebay. They are big but seem to do a good job. http://pages.ebay.com/ebaymotors/services/das-shipping.html Moving is usually a royal pain, but good luck! Brad, '00 DII Elmo |

Here's another vote for http://www.dasautoshippers.com/dasnew/index.html (Depenedable auto shippers) We used them to ship our Rover to San Francisco from Philly; fast and seemed reliable |
