need help I own a 94 Disco (3.9 auto) The problem is with the brakes, when I apply pressure to the brake pedal, the brakes hold for a couple of seconds then the brake pedal kicks back up and at the same time a motor can be heard going off and on and a sound of a spring that is being released. The brake pads and rotor are in great shape. any help would be appreciated. |

the motor is and the kick back is the anti lock, just how hard are you braking? is it a constant thing or hit and miss? what kind or road surface are you on when this present itself? mike w |

when you start up the car and begin to drive does the anti-lock brake light turn off on your dashboard if not then you probably got a problem with those. i experienced about the same thing you did after some hard offroading. |
