I have just put in stock champion pulgs in my 96 Disco. The guy at Auto Zone tells me that the gap is set at .32. I get out the handy dandy LR manual and it says that the gap should be .35 to .40. I have a little less power now than I did before changing the plugs and the old plugs were shot. Need some advice. Should I open them up? If so how much?

both guys are wrong.. hehe

it is .035" to .040"

so the other guy suggested opening it up which should have read .003" to .008"

Bill asked "Should I open them up? If so how much?" Chris said " Yes
.03 to.08" So if you add .03+.32 you get .35... and .08+.32=.40

I know...decimals can make you cross-eyed...
