Where's a good affordable place to buy Bilstein shocks from? I don't want to pay dealer prices or Brit Atlantic prices. (Just need a pair for the rear)

Believe it or not, Autozone lists them at $69.99 each.

doug, most people do all 4 corners at once...so RN has the best deal for all 4. if your just buying 2 shocks, might be better to goto autoizone

Expedition exchange has the OMEs for $75/each.

If you're not dead set on the Bilsteins. Personally, I'll probably go OME this time around as I didn't have the life changing experience going to the Bilsteins that everyone had told me to expect.

If OMEs are being considered, I just bought a set from Pangea Expeditions for $70 USD ea. These were the 44/45 valvings and when used on my OME coil-converted '93 LWB produced a ride similar to my '94 Disco w/stock springs and Bilsteins.
