According to the Rover tech manuals our trucks take 11.4 liters of cooling fluid. Well I pulled the bottom hose and drained the entire system. Upon putting it back together and filling the system I used half of that 11.4 for Green Stuff and then started to put water into the system. The radiator filled up very quick and I do not think enough water is in there. Can you guys tell me how many liters of Green Stuff you put in before you start to fill it again with H20...

Did you also drain the block? I believe this is included in the 11.4 capacity. I would'nt go over 60% anti-freeze in the mix. I just make up a pre-mix of 50%/50% in old jugs so there no guessing. If you have doubts just do it again. That bottom hose is a PITA, eh? |

Tim, I drained it again and just used premix. It's all good now. Actually the bottom hose was EASY, I have a 1/4" extension that is like 10 miles long and I used that with a 8MM socket... |
