I was putting my head back on the block and one of my headbolts stripped with 45 pounds on it. After heli-coiling the block my head bolt is now at a very slight angle which puts the headbolt in a bind. I opened the hole thru the head a 32nd of an inch, which helped a little. I am contemplating putting a stud in that spot so that I can torque the heads down to their correct spec. Anybody have any advice?
