Has anyone used the mile marker electric winches? I was thinking about buying a 9000 lbs. for my disco series I. They are a lot less than the other brands but are the savings worth it? |

I bought an electric milemarker 9000 an I'm very happy with it. I've used it on three ocasions and it did very well. One pull was at a dificult angle but the winch did fine. The only downside is that the remote sucks; I replaced mine with a warn. Brent |

Not exactly. I used the wire and connectior from the MM winch and just put the warn remote on it. There are only three wires; it's not too hard to figure out. |

The warn winch remote comes apart leaving access to the rear of the switch. Just hook your three wires up to the three posts. A continuity tester makes it simple. Good luck. |
