Wheel Spacers and Shock Mount Spacers

I just installed 34x10.50 Super Swampers and on my 7" NATO wheels they are rubbing the interior a tad. Also, can someone tell me who sells spring spacers? I have been told that you can buy 1, 2, 3" spacers that will raise the spring and give you more lift.
