Not in bad shape there. I would be cautious about the current, but the depth is still well below the danger zone.

Plus, it has a snorkle. Is ita diesel? I notice the name of the picture is "td1" is that as in "Turbo Diesel?"

NO- it is just my initials. Neal and his passengers said that the angle indicator show 45 degrees pegged and the hole they hit had the rear window under water while Neal looked out of his window and said it was inches from coming in

Not to be confrontational, but that Disco Dosn't look at all to be tipped 45 degrees. I've had mine scraping door handles on the wall of a ditch in reverse going upwards of 15mph. I almost shit myself, so did Bob who was hanging off the side as we swapped ditch walls violently, but the truck didn't flip. The water thing I get, not exactly dangerous, but could damage the vehicle as it looks stationary.

Cheers,

Kennith

The 45 degree happened a little later but the water wasn't stationary at all, in fact we had just gotten a torrential thunderstorm so the creek was not only up but it was really swift. The reason the truck probably looks stationary is because the water was probably flowing at 5 mph and the truck was rolling at 5 mph. It was pretty cool. i wish I had gotten a shot of it.

"we had just gotten a torrential thunderstorm so the creek was not only up but it was really swift"

Was the water too deep/swift to have a spotter walking in front of the truck?

Reed - if you go to Neal's photo gallery, the pictures are much larger and clearer. It looks pretty swift.
