Is this a good deal for a Disco II?

It looks brand new inside and out. 57,100 miles, a cool 2 tone leather seating, dual sunroofs, heated package, cd changer add on, and no ACE or SLS. I was thinking on driving it on Wednesday. They are asking $18,900. You can check it out at this website: http://www.bostonmotorcars.com/ Click on inventory, and then scroll down to the only 2001 disco for sale. Is that a good deal? Obviously I will try to talk him down in price, but is that too much money for such high mileage? According to the Kelly blue book value, the car is actually worth around $22k. What else should I be looking for when I test drive it? Thanks for any help.
