Since I took the time a while back to tell of my not-so-good customer service experience with Northwest Parts, I thought it only fair to update the story with the good customer service news. I had purchased a set of 3 inch springs from Andy. The front springs ended up providing only a 2 inch lift. Andy said that he would replace them. A long time went by without word, but about 10 days ago new springs arrived in the mail. I finally got them insalled today, and everything is just right. Thanks Andy. You're definately a man of your word, and I will be back for future purchases.

How do you like them Mark? I think I'm going to get those later this summer. I picked up my NWP roof rack from Andy this week and I really like it. He's a great guy to work with. |

The springs are great! I have had OME and Rovertym springs on my truck and these are definately the best of the three. Very good feel on and off road. They are pretty new though - time will tell. |

Daniel, I have had mine for several months now and have had them off road several times...absolutely no signs of sagging so far. I love them. They give me more confidence on the highway without my anti-sways on than my old OEM shock & springs did with the anti-sways on. They are certainly stiffer than stock, and will take a little more weight to get the same compression on the trails, but I am very happy with them. And Andy was great to deal with too. |
