I have posted this once with only one response that did not help so here goes again: In short, car would not start, towed, stayed at mechanic 7 days - He said the throttle stop plate broke off and he had to re-adjust the timing. He said he did not replace it because it costs several hundred dollars and I did not need. Uh? Could someone tell me what this is and what is waiting down the road for me if I do not have it? IE: will is damage something else? The car seems to be running fine now. |
