I picked up my 94 Disco I (3 door hardtop with 155k kms on clock). Upon arriving home from the dealer yesterday, I attempted to turn the ignition off, but alas, no response and engine continued to run although the ignition was in off position and key removed. Did a bit of investigation and found I was able to shut engine off after I turned the heater blower switch off...doh. The problem is intermittent and seemed to disappear this morning, but gremlin might appear again soon. Any fellow Disco owners with similar probs, I'm looking for suggestions to rid me of this gremlin. I have had trouble with intermittent tacho, but researching Dweb has given me answers.••••• help would be greatly appreciated. |
