Water on passenger foot well

It appears to be running down the right side of the center console to the foot well. I was wondering if it is the a/c drains are blocked. The problem occurs when A/C is running. It is more than likely a clogged AC drain crawl under the disco. Look on both sides of the transfer case. On each side you will see a cone shaped nipple penetrating the floor boards. Take a coat hanger and push it through the nipple. If so I'd say heater core.
