I was wondering if anybody has had any good or bad experiences with DAP's full brush guard. It seems pretty nice and the price seems right. Anybody with any info??? | ||

I have had this brush gaurd for almost two years. Works fine. Some guy backed into the front of my disco last month and ran into the brush bar. He put a 1/4 inch scratch in it. The finish on it is a plastic coating rather than a powdercoat. Not as nice in my opinion. Also, it is difficult if not impossible to mount it to the frame tightly. Seems like no matter how much you tighten it is still not tight enough. I think this is the case with all brush bars. It has served its puspose well but I wish I had just bought a winch bumper instead. Shipping is very expensive, I paid $150 to get it to Oregon.
