While I was changing out to my ARB I accidentally broke the connector that "T's" off the washer fluid tube so it can run to the 2 bumper mounted sprayers. I bought a T connector and hooked it all back up. After I refilled the washer fluid and ran it to get it in the hoses, it wouldn't stop coming out of the 2 bumper mounted sprayers. It didn't spray all out, it trickled out until the washer fluid was empty. What was so special about the factory connection on the 3 hoses? Am I missing something here? Trying for some advice before I just cap the end and not use the headlight washers.

Blake - that wasn't just a T connector - it was a check valve. Your headlamp washers are lower than your tank, so naturally it will all run out without the valve. The check valve is about $20.00 or so - damn expensive, but necessary.

Maybe someone on the Dweb can send you one.
