Hello all, Well I finally broke down and bought my wife a Disco. Found a absolutely beautiful white 94, 7pass, with sunroofs, perfect cloth interior and all records. I could not pass it up and the price was below 6k (115k). Anyway, the truck was just in the dealer at 112k but I noticed the SRS light is on. I havent gotten the manual yet, but I thought there may be a way to reset it. I am very familar with the vehicle since Ive owned an 89 RR for years and do all the work myself. I just want to be careful since this is part of the safety system. Any recommendations. Damn I love this truck!! Gordo |

Mine is on too. From what I hear you need to get someone with Testbook (Land Rover) to reset it. Mine came on because some improper way of charging the battery will trip it. Maybe even a jump start. As yours is a new Disco (to you anyway), you may want it checked for more ominous problems. -Reed |

You cannot reset it yourself unfortunately, its a dealer job. You could be lucky and not get charged to reset it. |
