Know this has been discussed, but tried a search and it wasn't cooperating.

I know a second battery can fit in a DI where the jack goes, but what do people do with the air box horn? Is it simply removed and a hole left? Or is it shortened and reattached?

Thanks,

Jeff

The best solution is to get a snorkle. This will allow you to just remove the horn.

Here is another alternative. While 2 Optimas won't fit this plan, the two Odysseys he uses will put out about 1200CCA when combined.
