Jordan,
What exactly are you doing? If you are not using the factory amp, are you installing an amp or using the head-unit amp? Did you change any of the speakers? Do you have the factory subs? Will you be adding a sub?

Check the tech section. I think there is a wiring diagram there. If not, do a search. I know someone has posted it before. I think D Chapman.

To get power to the head-unit, use a voltmeter to find a constant hot and an accessory hot. Ground the unit to the closest metal you can easily get to. Make sure and sand off any paint to get a good ground. Don't use an existing ground, it can form a loop and give you nasty noise. As far as wiring the speakers...answer above.

There is a grommet in the footwell of the drivers side diagonal left of the brake pedal arm. The front speaker wires are easily accessed in both front kick panels. If you have tweeters in your A-pillars you will find those wires in there as well. If you are putting in a new amp, you can run wires from it to the rear speakers in the rear pillars as well. The less you use factory wiring the better. If you put the amp in the rear storage/seat location you can use any of the exisiting threaded locations from the factory 7-passenger seat option as a ground. There are a few pre tapped holes behind the cosmetic panels in the rear of the truck. Make sure and sand away the paint surrounding the hole. You will have to run the RCA cables through the drivers side as well. It is the easiest to access. Fold down the fuse compartment door and you can run your wires up into the dash. Make sure and leave some distance between speaker, RCA, and power wires to avoid signal interuption.
