Transmission plug question

When i removed the plug it doesnt have a washer. Am i missing a washer? Or just change the plug? Pls help. Its not leaking bad but you can see the fluid on the plug. From personal experience, it is really easy to strip if you do more than snug it. Though - I'll have to go out and look, but I believe there is a copper washer on the plug.
