Ive changed my trans fluid and theres a leak on the transmission plug. When i removed the plug it doesnt have a washer. Am i missing a washer? Or just change the plug? Pls help. Its not leaking bad but you can see the fluid on the plug. Thanks |

Mark - when you tightened the trans pan drain plug, did you just snug it ot really tighten it with a ratchet? From personal experience, it is really easy to strip if you do more than snug it. Though - I'll have to go out and look, but I believe there is a copper washer on the plug. Bill |

Yea, there's a copper washer that goes with it. |
