Winch Hooks

I'm wanting one that locks, rather than being left open. What pound rating should I look for. Probably something over 9k right? LOL. Thanks   M. K. The guy said it was the same hook. I had a hard time understanding him. They work damn well and they cost 15 bucks. And they don't get much safer.
