What are my options?

I noticed some water in the right fog light and sure enough the right side lamp doesn't work.

Is it to be completely replaced or can I replace a bulb?

Also, how can I keep them waterproof, or at least water resistant? And no, I'm not taking them off -at least not at this point.

Thanks !

You can replace the bulb and re-seal the housing yourself. If you do a search, there's a thread that describes how to remove the fog light assembly. I don't remember all the details, but basically, there's a combination of two nuts and two phillips-head screws that will free the assembly. Then you remove the Torx screws on either side of the lamp housing and slide out the lens/reflector. The bulb is accessable then. You can probably figure it out if you crawl up under the front spoiler and look. Good luck!

Did a search 60 days back with no luck. I'm sure I'll figure out how to do it.

Next question is, what would make for a good seal? Any ideas? I was thinking some type of caulking? I have no idea.

It's an H1 55W bulb. You can get 'em pretty much anywhere.
