The other day I noticed a few drips of what I thought were oil under my Disco.(right below the drivers side headlight) I then thought it might be power steering fluid, but everything looks normal. Any other ideas?? |

Hi Leaking fluids have a habit of sliding along edges and upon reaching the lowest point will drop off. Have a look underneath and follow any trails. Pete S |

It hits the ground toward the front, that is why I thought power steering, I have to check the clamps again. |

I had this happen not too long ago on my DII. Check the oil coolant lines as they connect to the radiator just next to your air filter box. That connection has a seal that might have worked loose. It was the craziest thing I'd ever seen - I was getting ready to take it in for repair but before I did I took it to the car wash to pressure wash all the oil off of that area and it stopped leaking. No lie. I chalked it up to the fact that the pressure from the car wash hose caused the seal to reposition itself and seal. Go figure. |
